Can't remember the name...

Ok so along while ago I was reading this hanfic about Taylor. The main character was a girl (for some reason i think her name was either Lakin or Jaden) and she was in a rehab center because she was an alcholic (at like 17 or something) and Taylor also went to the rehab in the day time because he used to drink and Isaac made him go....does anybody know what i'm talking about??
